From Consultation to Final Smile
Every All-on-4 and All-on-6 case at Excellence Dental is planned with precision and executed with care. Here is what to expect.
Consultation & CBCT Scan
A comprehensive clinical examination and 3D CBCT scan assess your bone volume, bone quality, and jaw anatomy. Dr. Pragya uses this data to plan implant positions digitally before surgery.
Treatment Planning
Your prosthesis is designed and fabricated in advance so it is ready for delivery on surgery day. The number and angulation of implants are planned to maximise bone contact and load distribution.
Surgery Day — Implants & Temporary Teeth
Four or six implants are placed under local anaesthesia. Any remaining failing teeth are extracted if required. A temporary fixed prosthesis is attached to the implants on the same day — you leave with teeth.
Osseointegration (3–6 Months)
The implants fuse with the jawbone over 3–6 months. During this period you wear the temporary prosthesis, eat soft foods, and attend scheduled check-up appointments.
Final Prosthesis Fitting
Once osseointegration is confirmed, the final high-quality permanent prosthesis is fabricated and fitted. This is your long-term restoration — designed for aesthetics, durability, and function.
