This is the standard used in surgical operating theatres.

Ultrasonic Cleaning
30-minute immersion in activated glutaraldehyde solution with ultrasonic agitation
Drying & Packaging
Instruments dried and placed in sterile pouches with process indicator pouches
Class B Autoclave
High-pressure steam sterilisation at 134°C, 3 bar pressure for 3-10 minutes
UV Storage
Sterile instruments stored in UV cabinets to maintain sterility until use
