Full Mouth Dental Implants
in Bangalore
Permanently fixed teeth for patients who have lost all or most of their natural teeth. All-on-4 and All-on-6 protocols by Dr. Pragya Pathak — Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (F(ICOI), USA).
Permanent Teeth.
Not Dentures.
Full-mouth dental implant treatment replaces all missing teeth in one or both jaws with permanently fixed, implant-supported teeth. Unlike removable dentures, these teeth are anchored directly into the jawbone — they do not slip, click, or require adhesives.
The most widely used protocols are All-on-4 (four implants per arch) and All-on-6 (six implants per arch). Both allow a temporary set of fixed teeth to be delivered on the day of surgery — you leave the clinic with teeth.
The implants also stimulate the jawbone, preventing the bone loss that occurs beneath conventional dentures and preserving your facial structure over time.
Permanently Fixed
Screwed in, not removable. No adhesives, no slipping, no clicking.
Teeth in a Day
A temporary prosthesis is delivered on the day of surgery in most cases.
Prevents Bone Loss
Implants stimulate the jawbone, preserving facial structure and preventing resorption.
Eat What You Want
Chew comfortably — steak, apples, hard foods — without restriction.
Natural Aesthetics
Custom-crafted to match your facial proportions and desired smile.
Fewer Implants Needed
All-on-4/6 uses strategic angulation to maximise bone contact with minimal implants.
All-on-4 vs All-on-6
Which Protocol is Right for You?
Both protocols deliver a full arch of fixed teeth. The choice depends on your bone volume, bone quality, and the clinical demands of your specific case.
All-on-4
- Four implants placed — two straight at the front, two angled at the back
- Angled posterior implants maximise contact with available bone
- Often avoids the need for sinus lift in the upper jaw
- Suitable for patients with moderate bone loss
- Temporary teeth delivered on the same day
- Final prosthesis fitted after osseointegration (3–6 months)
All-on-6
- Six implants provide greater distribution of bite forces
- Better suited for patients with good bone volume
- Allows a wider prosthesis with more teeth
- Increased stability for patients with higher bite forces
- Temporary teeth delivered on the same day
- Preferred for full-arch rehabilitation in the lower jaw
Dr. Pragya will recommend the optimal protocol based on your CBCT scan, bone quality, and clinical examination.
